Zed and the team at RentPERKS made my entry into property management easy! They provided advice on what and where to buy and helped me with strategizing negotiations. They leased it immediately after conditions came off and prior to closing, and I have an owners portal I can log into and use for updates. As a landlord, I know how hard it is to find a good property manager, especially in Ontario, where this business is not regulated. But I give a five stars for RentPERKS! RentPERKS has taken over the management services of our building late last year. Prior to that, it was a mess, rents are not collected on time, documents/funds were not organized or missing, and tenants complained directly to the city as they couldn't get any response from the PM back then. After the transfer, Zed and Jason have setup multiple meetings with us to go through the to do list to fix things up and turn the building around. They evicted those professional tenants, did their due diligence screening for applicants and filled the units with good one. They are very transparent and prompt in communication. The whole team is reliable and trustworthy. We are very grateful that we have them now and confident that they're turning this building to a success. I have no doubt they will be successful in this business, and I would refer them to any landlord that is seeking for the AAA property manager.

We’ve had a fantastic start to our experience renting with RentPERKS. My fiancé and I are moving provinces, and found the perfect spot in Calgary through this company. Jason was our point of contact, he has been excellent, very hands-on and professional throughout the process. Extremely quick turnaround time from first applying to our actual move in date. We appreciated the attention to detail Jason provided in preparing the place, even leaving us with a thoughtful welcome gift and some supplies to aid in the move. He’s also been helpful in giving advice and being available for questions. The move in process was efficient, we were provided with everything that needed to be done right away via email. The app is a bonus as it allows us to view what we need all in one spot. Confident we made the right choice in renting with this company, and the place itself is gorgeous.
