Renu Spa Urban Retreat

Damn, this felt so good. Writing this the same night yes, I’m a little sore, but in the best way. My body was done from meetings, traveling, and mommy duties, and I just needed to relax. Luc was super professional and didn’t hold back when I said I needed a real massage. He worked through all my knots like a pro. The space is welcoming, and even though it’s on a busy street, parking was easy. No stress, just the reset I needed!!

I came here by chance because I was looking for a service the same day and I was in the area, however my experience was so great that I would highly recommend coming here even if it’s a trek! The environment is very relaxing and the staff are so kind. I had an amazing experience with Camille, who is very experienced and thorough. She was thoughtful and a great listener, and gave me a generous sample for skincare even though it was unrelated to the service I got! I will definitely be back and can’t recommend Renu Spa more :)

Renu Spa is my go-to for massages, and Leah Holmes is amazing. She’s attentive, skilled, and always tailors each session to what I need. I leave every time feeling relaxed and refreshed. I highly recommend Leah and Renu Spa to anyone looking for quality care.
