I had an excellent experience working with Nick Celella and Resolute Roofing. From start to finish, the entire process went smoothly. Everyone I interacted with was extremely accommodating, professional, and kind. The crew showed up on time, worked incredibly hard, and completed the entire job in just one day — which was impressive. The end result exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality of the work. I would highly recommend Nick and Resolute Roofing to anyone in need of roofing services. Their efficiency, workmanship, and customer service were outstanding.

We just had a metal roof put on by Resolute Roofing. They were absolutely fantastic!! they were here every day on time, extremely professional, cleaned up every day before leaving, had a foreman watch the job and did a perfect job. The roof is beautiful, and they were also competitive with their pricing. The sales rep we had, Justin was fabulous!!! He kept us up to date with everything they were doing and also came out to check the job every day. The customer service is outstanding with Resolute Roofing and Justin both. I highly recommend this company and Justin for a great experience and a job well done!

Back in March, a storm came through Louisville and I experienced several roof leaks. A friend of mine, Linda, recommended I contact Resolute Roofing. She began working with the company in 2021, and since Resolute was already operating in the Louisville area at the time, I decided to move forward with them. They inspected my roof in May. The salesman walked the roof and confirmed there was sufficient storm damage to file an insurance claim. During the claim review, it was discovered that a significant amount of wood decking needed to be replaced due to rot. This caused delays, but once the desk adjuster approved the wood replacement, the full roof replacement was approved and eventually completed. Overall, I am satisfied with the finished roof.. I also provided several referrals. While some resulted in completed roofs, there were other referrals I passed along that were never followed up on, and I was never updated. After my roof was completed, I informed my friend Linda. She shared that although she helped generate business for the company over several years, she did not receive commission on the last roof when the homeowner had already sent payment. I understand she no longer works for the company, but this raised concerns for me regarding how commissions are handled. In summary, I like the quality of the roof and appreciate the outcome of the project, but I do have reservations about communication practices and internal integrity based on what I experienced and what I was told.
