I had a fire at my home and I was referred by my son and his friend to use Ronny Hixon with Restoration XP. He drove down to Houston from Dallas/Ft. Worth to assist me with my claim. He was extremely helpful outlining the entire process, helping us with temporary housing as well. His company worked well with my insurance carrier to company, State Farm, to get my home back to normal and in some ways better than before! Having a fire is extremely stressful and overwhelming to anyone but having a solid team to walk you through this process like we did with Ronny and his team members down in Houston made it very easy to deal with. We chose to go with this company over the others who called and messaged us because we felt comfortable and saw the complete professionalism from day 1. I’d recommend people to work with Ronny and his team if they should ever experience a large fire loss like me. .

Anthoney is very good at his job! He takes pride in getting the homeowners the best outcome and the most professional experience. He’s very knowledgeable when it comes to dealing with the ins and outs of the situations at hand. We had flooding that affected several rooms in our bedroom wing. We called Restoration XP To help dry us out and figure out the damage and repair strategy. Matt is our mitigation project manager and we feel so fortunate to be working with him. The first thing we appreciate is excellent communication. Not only in explaining what they’re doing and telling us what is next, but in being available anytime to address a question or concern, whether during working hours or outside of them. The next thing we appreciate is his integrity. If he says he will be here at a particular time, he is here at that time. If he says he will follow up with something, he promptly follows up. And the last thing I mention is that he is very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience, so we have great confidence in his recommendations and are expecting a very good job going forward.

We had a small house fire and Restoration XP was on site right after the fire department arrived. Arthur was very helpful, very knowledgeable, and sincere. He did not leave until our hotel situation was solved He assisted with the steps from the home insurance process, and also any questions we had. We appreciate him for that. I would give him 5 starts if possible. The reason for my low rating is that we are still waiting for our home to be worked on. In a few days, It will be 100 days living in a hotel. I am aware that every situation is different regarding house fires, and we are honestly very thankful for out situation for it could have been worst, however we did not anticipate for it to take this long. In the beginning, everything was moving very quickly. The house was contained, we had movers, and everything seemed great. Once the home insurance informed us of the disbursement of money, the contractors that were hired went on vacation. The Insurance gave us a date to be out of here in 3 weeks, and still no work has been done. I feel like the contractor should have never accepted the job if they knew they were not able to deliver in a timely manner. Our home has been UNTOUCHED as far as renovations. We pray that whatever the hold up is gets fixed. I plan to revisit this review once we get an update but as for now we been patiently waiting. Thanks in advance.
