If you are struggling, these kind providers will help save your life. They are hard working and they care. So grateful. Dr. Melitza is up on current science and is extremely conscientious. I trust her with my health. She's always kind and friendly as well which is a bonus. The pharmacy staff is super awesome as well. And the main desk folks helpful. They are all so busy because so many are in need. We are so blessed they are here for us in South Salt Lake.

This is one of the finest community health centers I have seen. Dr. Gregoire is the BEST physician, uncompromisingly caring, listens intentently and goes out his way to help and heal you. His staffs like Leticia and Nancy are very generous and compassionate. They are way eager to help you!!!

I work in the medical field so I have realistic standards. I got great great care! Everyone I interacted with was great. Moises was my provider and I would highly reccomend him. I left feeling much more hopeful about my life.

The last doctor I was transferred to (Melitza) was always really passive-aggressive. I've been a patient at Midtown for several years and have seen 3 doctors throughout that time. Never with my other 2 doctors, and actually never anywhere else ever, have I felt so uncomfortable with a provider. There never seemed to be any sincere concern, just dismissing any and everything. I worked in healthcare for several years and now work in the mental health field. As providers, we know that building good, trusting relationships with patients is the most important thing we do. As such, we know that collaboration is crucial and that there's no place for condescension in our work. I can't say whether that behavior is intentional or not, but I do think it's worth reflecting on how it may come across to patients and impact the ability to provide quality care. **Edit 6/18/24~ I just wanted to add an update that after switching to a doctor that took me seriously and getting a solid diagnosis, I learned that my concern about hormones was actually valid and not just because "that's popular on social media and mostly propagana." Thanks for the gaslighting, Midtown!
