I had a skin consultation with Cathey, and she was very polite and helpful. We discussed my concerns, and I decided to start with a deep cleaning and hydrafacial, followed by a chemical peel. She also explained that this season is more suitable for chemical peels than summer, which I appreciated. Later, I received a text message from the clinic mentioning a birthday gift worth $150+. I called to confirm, and they assured me it was true. However, the gift turned out to be only a small cleanser+correct sample, which felt a bit misleading. If there isn’t an actual birthday offer, it may be better not to advertise it this way, as it can leave clients disappointed on their birthday. In terms of services, I tried two facials. While the facials were okay, I felt some areas of my face like the upper lip, chin, and sides of the forehead were missed. It also seemed a little rushed. Since I chose this clinic based on the positive reviews, I was expecting a more thorough experience.
