I wouldn’t recommend buying or selling watches here. The owner offered a very low price for my item and had his watches listed at much higher prices than what I found elsewhere. Overall, it wasn’t a good experience — I was able to get a much better deal on Facebook Marketplace.

Very Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend I visited this store for the second time—previously tried selling an item, but came in today intending to buy silver, and the experience was absolutely horrible. I was referred by someone named Robert Giganic, who claimed the store had a good variety of silver at great prices. Based on that, I made the trip. To my surprise, the person working in the jewelry department claimed to have no idea who Robert is. If that's the case, why is someone using the store’s name to post ads on Facebook Marketplace? It felt misleading from the start. Worse, the treatment by the staff was disappointing and borderline disrespectful. It was like they assumed I wasn’t a serious buyer—like how they might treat someone loitering from the street. I asked cash money about 1 oz silver bars priced at $55 each (two Sunshine Mint and one Engelhard), but two were tarnished, and despite that, the staff was adamant on charging $60 with no flexibility. I walked out without buying anything. Based on this, I would also strongly discourage anyone from selling items here. Friends of mine have warned that the store tends to offer significantly below market value. Overall, it was a pathetic experience. This isn’t how you run a business—it’s how you ruin one. There are plenty of other pawn shops that are more respectful and offer fairer deals. I will never return and do not recommend anyone else step foot in this store.
