I took my car here for service today and overall had a great experience. They emailed me a quote, I brought my car in, they gave me a courtesy car, and they let me know when the work was done. They also took photos and a video of something to keep an eye on. When I came to pick up my car they explained what was done and charged less than originally quoted because they didnt need as much fluid. Plus, they washed and vacuumed my car. I have nothing negative to say and was impressed. I'll be back and would recommend them to friends.

I don't typically give a five star, but this company certainly deserves it! Honest, fair, transparent. I was sent here after another company looked at my car and told me a price the was 4 1/2 times the cost that Collins estimate, and misdiagnosed an issue. Collins went the extra step to also sent me pics and a thorough explanation of what was needed and what was not. Five stars and now a loyal customer as is my husband.

Great service and super honest people! They explained everything clearly, fixed my car quickly, and the price was exactly as quoted. Hard to find a mechanic you can really trust. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality work and outstanding customer care!
