Richmond Hill Apartments

Just want to say that this is one of the best buildings I've seen. It is highly organized, clean, and fully equipped with many amenities. The process of getting approved was quick and easy. Our unit was fully renovated. Everyone working for the building is friendly, attentive, fast, and understanding. The tenants are also very friendly and polite. The area around the building has everything a person could need. Thank you Richmond Hill Apartments for helping us call this building home!

We’ve truly enjoyed living in this apartment community. The staff and residents are wonderful, and the building is well-maintained. A special thank-you to Unica for ensuring a smooth move-in process and for consistently looking out for our family. What truly makes this building stand out is the incredible maintenance team—especially Victor. He always amazes me with how dedicated and thoughtful he is. No matter the issue, big or small, he goes out of his way to make sure it’s taken care of properly and quickly. He genuinely cares about the residents and it really shows. The rest of the team is just as reliable and hardworking, and I’ve always felt confident that any problem would be handled with care. Even the office staff are amazing—so friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything you need. On top of that, the building is always spotless. The cleaning staff are constantly working to keep everything looking great, and it’s something I’ve appreciated every single day over the past 10 years of living here. This place has truly felt like home thanks to the people who run it.
