When I went for my massage therapy; I honestly didn’t know what to expect but then I laid on that bed while Joanne worked her magic and asked myself why it took me this long to book a session. After the session; I wake up and say “God bless Joanne” each morning because my body feels so stress free. My muscles no longer ache and I sleep like a baby. I won’t have thought it possible but here we are! Wow!!!!!!!🥳

I strongly caution anyone considering this RMT. She claims to be “proudly affiliated with the Ontario College of Massage Therapists,” yet practices out of a delisted facility, which led to my insurance claim being denied. She charged me $170 for 60 minutes — an outrageous price for a massage done in her home, with the massage bed literally two steps from the front door. She later issued a receipt for a lower amount, only after repeated follow-ups, and the entire process felt evasive and unprofessional. She played music with lyrics and sang along during the session, and massaged my face through a cloth without warning. I left with scratches on my eye and neck, something that has never happened with any other therapist. This was a complete waste of time, money, and trust. I would never return and strongly urge others to avoid this provider.

I was in a car accident last year and so many RMTs, chiropractors, and physiotherapists have gladly taken my money without providing me with actual results. Joanne is the first who I've seen who has been genuinely concerned with healing and helping me. She is incredibly knowledgeable and skillful in her work which gives me the comfort necessary to trust that I am in good hands. Her space is always clean and smells fresh and the parking is convenient. Besides being an incredible RMT, Joanne is a kind and caring person who has given me the physical treatment I need to carry on with my life. Thank you Joanne!
