Great service. Strictly a pharmacy for prescriptions. Not for general shopping. P.S. I came back to add on to my review. I've been going to this pharmacy for a few m9nths now and I must say the service is amaz8ng. I've got my MIL to transfer her medications to this pharmacy because of the care concern and professionalism that Prya (I'm so sorry if I've misspelled your name, dear.) She is on top of our orders and has them ready before I even know I need them! She is always friendly with a warm smile on her face. Prya seems to genuinely care for her customers and takes great pride in her work. When i yransferred my MIL from the shoppers on clark it was because of how often theybwould mess up her perscriptions or just plain not deliver them. She was released from hospital and needed antibiotics but that shoppers couldnt of cared less. The driver was sent out with her meds but forgot he had them or decided he couldnt be bothered. I onow this because i was in the store when he returned and all he brought with him was her perscription. They expected a 70 yo women fresh from being hospitalized with a respiratory infection to walk on down there at 10 pm to get her antibiotics. Antibiotics that were supposed to have been delivered the day before but they couldnt be nothered then and pushed it off. So no meds the day she gets home. No leds the next day and then they tried to blow her off again on the third day. No sir, we are not having that. Then to be there and see the deliver guy returning with her antibiotics again...hell hath no fury! I asked if it was policy to hold on to meds until people need to be hospitalized again?! Or if they were holding on to to it to see how l9ng before she died at home from infection? Or maybe they thought she should take her walker and walk down 6 city blocks at 9pm, hopefully getting to shoppers by 10pm before the pharmacy closed? I dont know what they were thinking but I know they were not concerned about her health or well being. Too many customers to care about an individual one maybe. I also know that i hope nothing ever changes at this little pharmacy, dundas pharmacy, because when you find perfection you don't change a thing! Thank you Prya for all your hard work and effort. Your store is awesome!

Charged my benefits without having my medication in stock. Claimed my benefits ran out and charged me $200 for one out of my three. He talked to me as if I was stupid and didn’t know he was scamming people.
