To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to highly recommend Rick's Eletrical LLC for their excellent service. Half of my power went out on a Saturday evening due to a storm. After a few days, the power company confirmed that power was reaching the meter, indicating an issue within my home. I then contacted Rick at Rick's Electrical LLC.He promptly sent someone to assess the situation. I was very fortunate to learn that my electrical box was out of code, with too many double breakers, and one side had completely fried out. After consulting with their team, and based on their recommendation, we decided to install a brand-new 200 amp service. They completed all the necessary work, including rewiring, within two days. Rick and Gerardo were efficient, knowledgeable, and communicative throughout the whole process of upgrading our electrical panel and rewiring our home from 60 to 100 amps. They were very thorough making sure the new panel was correctly labeled, which we really appreciated since the last one was not and our house has an interesting set up. They passed the village inspection of their work right away. Should we need electrical services again, we would not hesitate to go with Rick's Electrical.
