I had the most wonderful experience recently at Laura in Londonderry Mall. From the moment we walked in, everything felt welcoming, special, and truly seamless. Tessie was absolutely incredible—she went above and beyond to help us find the perfect wedding dress along with some beautiful outfits. Her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine passion for what she does made the entire experience unforgettable. I felt supported, understood, and celebrated every step of the way. Went to Laura to find a dress and had an incredibly lovely woman, Sarah, help me out. She helped me pick out some dresses to try on and some accessories to try on with it. I fell in love with the first dress and she made me feel like a princess. As someone who hates shopping and trying things on, the process was so easy and it made me feel amazing. Sarah (not sure of spelling) is an awesome woman and really made my whole experience better. Thank you to her and highly recommend going here!

Really disappointed- Have shopped here tons, bought a shirt for an event 2 weeks later and really didn't love it. Planned to take it back and forgot ... tried to return 2 months later, not expecting a refund but maybe a credit on account ... I am also trying to lose weight .. but was told no. Guess spend money elsewhere ..
