Our group of 12 visited the spa during a work retreat for facials and massages, and the entire experience was amazing from start to finish! When we arrived, each of us had a personalized note with our name on the locker — such a thoughtful touch. We were greeted with smiles all around and offered complimentary champagne and mimosas, which set a relaxing tone right away. After changing into our robes, we were guided to a peaceful relaxation room until it was time for our services. Every staff member we encountered was welcoming, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. The facial and massage were absolutely fantastic — exactly what we all needed to unwind and recharge. We couldn’t have asked for a better group spa experience. I would absolutely book again and highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway!

Do not hesitate to book your next service here! From the moment I stepped in the door, I was greeted in a welcoming way. Despite being stressed out from a time mix up, they were very accommodating and were able to allow me to get my whole 90 min massage. I was offered water to relax while I filled out my paper work. Although I was late to my appointment, I never felt rushed through the process of getting into the locker room to change and meet my massage therapist in the room. Kelly was AMAZING! She was so kind, understanding, and a great listener! She really went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and receiving the best services possible. The 90 min signature massage itself was also amazing and included a heating pad, hot stones, and a heated eye mask. After my massage, I was able to relax in the lounge with a glass of champagne. Kelly was very attentive and made sure I had everything I needed, including turning on the sauna for me. The infrared sauna was a perfect touch post massage and it was very clean. To end my experience, I used the showers that were clean, roomy, and equipped with yummy smelling shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The towels were fully stocked! I was able to use their bathroom getting ready area to dry my hair and freshen up before leaving. I loved that Kelly assured me that there was no rush and I was welcome as long as I wanted. All in all, I will be back! Kelly was amazing and you should definitely book with her :)

UPDATE!! The owner is great & communicates very well. There was a miscommunication in my surprise Spa Day. September was rough on me & this is exactly what I needed. I’ve been in the past and was unaware locations changed. I’m grateful for the professionalism and wonderful service in following up on this. I WILL be going back next month. Myself and other physicians and their wives frequent this spa. WE DO love it here. Great massage, but I was rushed because I couldn’t find this new location and was late from 5pm traffic and poor directions from staff. I was used to going to the old location underground but no one could provide proper directions so my 90 min massage turned into 60 mins. This was a surprise gift for me after a breakup and much needed relaxation. They also forgot my flowers and chocolate covered strawberries. I feel like I’m owed compensation for the lack of services received and it was booked as a gift credited to my account. STILL a wonderful spa but I didn’t have a 5 star experience as I have in the past with them unfortunately so I did not book another massage. HOLLY was a great masseuse I could literally feel the stress being released from my body and the pops in my shoulders and back. Hoping for a better experience next time if I return because I used to LOVE this place.

River Falls spa in downtown Greenville was an amazing place to celebrate our 20 year Anniversary, with the table for two couples massage with hydro therapy.... It was so elegant and relaxing. We will definitely do that again. The massage therapists were fantastic. They were very skilled and knowledgeable. That is one of the greatest experiences I have ever had. I highly recommend and will definitely be doing again. The strawberry's and champagne at the end was a very nice touch and great end to our experience. They offer a bunch of different packages and services. The infrared sauna was my favorite. It was very elegant and very clean. Check them out.
