Riverstone Yoga Center

Riverstone Yoga is by far the best Yoga Studio I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. The studio is warm and welcoming. The instructors are well versed and provide plenty of accommodations to ensure each student can access and grow her practice. The take the time to connect and build a relationship with each student and provide specific guidance to each individual as needed. I practice 3-4 days a week and always feel renewed and energized at the end of every class.

I cannot say enough good things about Riverstone Yoga Center, the instructors and the Iyengar yoga practice itself. I have been attending classes for 4 years now and my strength, flexibility and balance have improved greatly. As an elderly beginner, the use of props has helped me perform the asanas (poses) correctly while minimizing the risk of strain or injury. Do yourself a huge favor, try Iyengar yoga at Riverstone Yoga Center in Kalispell.

Erin, Ananda, and Ashley are excellent instructors. They all are attentive to concerns and limitations of each individual. The classes are challenging but achievable. The instructors are experts in the use of props to make the poses functional for all of us. I Highly recommend Riverstone Yoga for anyone at any level.
