Spent 3 days in Canberra, and this was probably my favourite meal! Andy was lovely and welcoming. Even though the restaurant was packed on that Sunday night, he was attentive and made great food suggestions for a solo diner like me. The pork loin was slightly cooled down, but overall all the dishes were excellent, my favourite was the tomato on toast☺️

We had a lovely anniversary lunch at Rizla today and absolutely loved it. The tasting menu was amazing, with every dish beautifully presented and full of flavor. Fantastic wine list and a great ambience—stylish yet relaxed. We’ll definitely be visiting again!

Popped in on a Friday night without a reservation and we luckily got a seat on the bench. The team led by Tommy were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Having spent the day driving up from Melbourne the tasting menu wasn’t going to ever be our choice, but the menu was explained in detail and the resulting meal fitted our needs perfectly. The Chestnut Soup Shot is a Must Have - sooo good. We were pretty pleased with ourselves and our choices for a lightish meal that filled the spot 🥰

It’s a small wine restaurant. The first time around, we made a great experience but returning to this restaurant was unfortunately a disappointment. While the manager was super nice on the phone, the in-person experience with the staff was unfortunately very disappointing. The service was rather unprofessional. The young lady who served us was rather loud and abrupt, her annunciation of words and sentences left much room for improvement, too. The starters were perfect, but all following meals were rather average. Last, we were served a whole new bottle of sparkling water just before we were about to leave without asking and this was poured immediately into our glasses leaving us with little chance to decline it. We left almost the entire bottle there. Overall, either we met them on the wrong foot or it’s simply not worth it. It is a shame because we looked forward to as warm welcome and experience as I had with them on the phone when booking a table.
