Jennifer was amazing! I came in yesterday wanting a fresh new hair colour and left absolutely in love with the results. From start to finish, she took the time to really listen to what I wanted, offered expert advice on what would suit my skin tone and style, and executed it flawlessly. Last month I had ashy brown balayage which over the summer washed away and turned into blonde due to the heat. As I’m in school now I told Jennifer I can’t maintain cool tones. Instead of just dying my hair black like I had requested she advised for me to not let my light toned colour to go to waste and to proceed with a warm tones of brown which is easier to maintain and then I can always go back to lighter shades if I wanted to. I trusted her and I didn’t know what colour she was going to do until the very end. She did a custom colour by mixing couple of shades together and I am so happy with my results. Trusting her was the best decision. The whole process was so exciting. Apart from the great service, I told her I had to leave in 2 hours as I had class and she finished within the time I needed to leave for class. She is very accommodating 😊 Highly, highly recommend for anyone looking for stunning color and top-tier service!
