RM Construction recently completed a full roof replacement and siding replacement for my home, and I want to give special praise to the crew who did the work. They were always on time, kind, and worked very hard every single day. I especially want to recognize Ivan, the crew supervisor. He showed incredible patience with us, always went above and beyond, and was very friendly and easy to communicate with. His professionalism stood out throughout the entire project. In today’s society, doctors and lawyers are often the ones who receive the spotlight, but the truth is that every profession is important. These construction professionals are the true heroes working behind the scenes. I watched the team climb all the way up onto my roof and carry out such demanding work, and I was amazed by their courage and skill. It is work I could never imagine doing myself, and I have deep respect for the effort and dedication they bring.
