I really recommend these guys, very fair prices and they got me in quickly as it was a bit of an emergency. There customer service is great too, I needed some information on work I had done a year ago and Gita in the office went above and beyond to help me out. Avoid this garage at all costs!!! I took my car in for a camshaft replacement, and after their repair, the car started leaking oil. I brought it back for them to fix the leak, but during that process they damaged the bodywork. The owner admitted to it and promised to repair the damage without going through insurance. However, for the next three months, I was repeatedly told the same excuses — that parts were being ordered, that the repair would be done soon, etc. In reality, nothing was ever done. The owner stopped answering calls and messages, and completely ignored me for weeks at a time. After being lied to for months, I had no choice but to go through my insurance to get the issue resolved. Absolutely terrible communication, dishonesty, and lack of professionalism. I would never recommend this garage to anyone.

⭐ 1 Star Very disappointed with RMD Garage in Romford. I left my car there for repair, and they accidentally dropped it off the ramp. They promised to fix the damage, but after months of waiting, nothing was done. Every time I asked for an update, there were only delays and excuses. My car was without any progress. Very unprofessional and poor communication — I definitely would not recommend this garage to anyone.
