Wow!! I’m here now getting a $60 -$120 sensor replaced, and they just walked in the waiting room and handed me an almost $1400 bill. This place is totally dead also. they know you need to get back up and running and they completely jack up the bill.. I hate these kind of dealers. It’s only a 1-2 hour job, but they invent all these mark ups!! Stay away drivers, go somewhere else. Total ripoff!

Worst place to bring your truck to. My truck broke down next to them and boy did they take me for a ride. I brought my truck in for a broken clutch but they took my engine apart. I am still not sure why they touched my engine. Look this people have no clue what they are doing. I can’t believe my truck was there for 3 months and could have been longer if did not contact the warranty guys myself. They were making me pay $30k for new transmission even though I had warranty. The service manager Joe is scam artist cuz he doesn’t know what he is doing and lying about everything. He lied about metal flakes in my oil to justify them taking my engine apart for no freaking reason. And cuz of them end up paying for service that should have been covered by warranty. I ended up paying $8k for services that should have been covered by warranty 100%i. I hope the owner realizes how shady their service department is and fire all of the incompetent people starting with scamy Joe . I can’t emphasize it enough STAY AWAY FROM THIS Place. Also Chad the general manager is protecting this incompetent people don’t expect any REAL help from him. Reply to comment: That only happened cuz of your guy’s incompetence. If you didn’t take my engine apart and gone to Cummins first this would have never happened. Say thank you to your service department and their incompetence for this review. I had to contact EATON myself which is your job otherwise my truck would have still been sitting in your shop. You guys didn’t do anything to get my truck fixed. All you did is lie to me for 3 months same way you are doing now

Do not bring your truck here, these people have no clue what they are doing and all they know is how to rip you off. Service managers Joe and Chip are the worst, unprofessional and all they see is dollar signs when you walk in the door. They will come up with nonexistent issues that your truck has just to charge more. They do not work with the warranty because they know they can get more money out of the customer. I ended up towing my truck somewhere else and it cost me cheaper than leaving it with them. You cannot trust these people with a regular oil change. They missed to close the oil filter properly and I almost lost all the oil. I had to pay extra to take my truck to another place to check on the poor work they did before I could get back on the road. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the headaches by NOT bringing your trucks here!
