I called Rocket pest control, and they came and sprayed twice for bed bugs, which they told me that we found them early enough that they were not bad and that they have seen worse, that was good to hear. they charge me about 2,000. And They were not gone we still had them even by the second spray. I called them out again they told me I would have to pay again and the great news was that i only had to pay half of what it would of cost me in the initial spray because we had to be getting them frome somewhere. My grandson works construction. His girlfriend stays at the house and doesn't go any where. And I work. And I dont work in people's homes so how is it that we would be carrying them home. The Man told me to you are visiting someone who has them. I go to work that is my life I don't go visiting anyone. I told him I was not going to pay not even 1,000 more when they have not been handle 💯 and gotten rid of. Don't go with Rocket pest control. We are having to fight them off ourselves as we can't afford that kind of money. Have been trying online google solutions

Very crazy that I can get my credit card charged about 15 times before I get a call or email regarding my statement that hasn’t been paid. I am on low income and at this point you’re taking my money from a disabled person. If I am owing you money you need to call and express that not charge random cards which is actually against the law to do , I will never use this place again. The communication was very poor. I was the only person on file but yet my husband got text messages during his working hours. From the same female that I didn’t want coming to our camper because she didn’t do nothing the first time I have had live traps set in our camper. They have not been touched or removed like they are supposed to so kids and children and dogs and everything like that I suppose is supposed to get sick under rocket pest control, correct ? How hard is it to replace the sticky traps? I mean you’re supposed to be the manager, correct? Sending my husband emoji’s such as heart emojis etc. that is unprofessional that’s not your job start checking your peoples messages that they send each other sending my husband emojis such as heart emojis etc. that is unprofessional that’s not your job Do better rocket past I’ve done wasted $500 on y’all 😂 Just for you guys to take advantage of !!!
