Customer experiences
Great food! But... Had an amazing Ramen here. It was missing something tho. The broth base is not what I needed. I wish they had Shoyu or Tonkotsu base. I asked the server, it was the lovely Alexa, about the soup base. I was sure that the soup base was neither Shoyu nor Tonkotsu. Other than that, everything else was a blast! I drove from Seattle all the way to Prince George to go to Alaska. Stopped by Rockford Grill because I stayed at Sandman Signature. Alexa was outstanding! She took care of me and explained everything I needed to know about the ramen. I wish the restaurant opened late since I got there super late and wanted some food and a glass of wine. Overall, great experience! I'd love to be back again one day and try their other food!
Today, we were fortunate to have Alexa as our server. Her professionalism and intuitiveness enhanced our dining experience. We enjoyed the Happy Hour menu options: my spouse had the Governor TSO's chicken and I tried the Tuna Stack. Our food was tastefully presented and delicious. Thank you Head Chef!
Great spot, breakfast was delicious. The hostess/waitress Kenna was awesome, friendly, knowledgeable and engaging all while opening and stocking ice wells. And not a hint of it being 6am.
I had a few hours before my flight home, so I decided to go for an early dinner. I chose Rockford partially based on online reviews and also being connected to Sandman. This was a Friday afternoon around 4:30p and the restaurant was quiet with a few customers. They gave me a small booth and Emily who was delightful and efficient severed me. I had a few appetizers as i wasn't too hungry. The Potstickers and Governor Tso's Chicken. Both were delicious and decent portion size for an appetizer. It was still happy hour so there were a very good deal. I stayed awhile and had the Sticky Toffee Pudding for dessert which was to die for! The space is comfortable, not overly noisy, and relaxed, with no pressure to hurry up. Wish they had one where I lived!
