Last minute booking, room was filthy. My son starting having an allergic reaction to what smelled as if there had been an animal in the room. Had to leave within an hour of check-in. Front desk person told us to call in the morning for a refund. When I contacted Booking, who we booked through, Red Roof fought them and would not refund any of our money. Highly dissatisfied!!

Don't stay here. Just don't. I'm stuck here for 5 more days but you can save yourself now. Sink faucet handle is of a different brand than the base so shutting it off completely is a pain in the ass ($9.99 at Lowe's could have fixed this correctly), it also leaks and and the hot and cold supply are backwards. The bathtub doesn't drain, it will eventually but you need plan for an 30 minute wait before someone else can shower. Mold growing on the window curtains and shower curtain. No regular housekeeping (even upon request). You have to use your full body weight to get the door open because of how badly it's out of plumb. Hallways have no ventilation whatsoever and are hot as hell and reek of weed. I'll add that housekeeping never once visited my room in the 7 days I had to endure this hotel.

Came to the area for work and stayed at this hotel for the longest time. Had to leave due to being expensive for what it was worthy and honestly, the hotel just kept getting worse and worse as I stayed with my husband. Our first room floor was filthy turned feet black walking around as soon as we got in. The shower was hard to turn and could not adjust the head, so it was hard to shower without getting it all just in my face do my height. The shower also did not drain very well, so it would turn into a bath. Then, the door stopped working one day while I was at work, causing my husband to be locked out for 30 minutes the first time. This repeatedly happened six times until the last time under fight from the front desk girl and the guy who was supposed to fix it. He threatened to teach me a woman's place for even talking to him. Yes, I was angry and a little sharp, but we had been sitting. I'm lobby or outside for an hour at this point. The front desk girl refused to change our room the whole time. Until he finally said he couldn't fix it and had to. The manager over at the best Western came in and had to make them call another to fix it because they were gonna wait until Monday to fix it, and it was Saturday evening. Thankfully, that manager took care of it. Otherwise, I wouldn't have had my stuff for two days. The next room was no picnic either from the moment we walked in. There were ants all over the bathtub. So many I had to immediately go by traps because the front desk is unhelpful. They don't like you asking for towels, which their maids regularly forget to even give you any. The sink never worked, always clogged, so I had to deal with that regularly. I left my necklace in front of their TV, while to at work and I it went missing that day. I've never heard anybody find it to this day. This was after i had forgotten to pick up my key when I left. The doors are all key access, so I went to the front lobby, which is supposed to be 24 hours was locked and she didn't want to let me in at all. I'm the one whose the rooms name is in. I even tried to show her my ID. She eventually gave, but to have to fight with the night shift and have a necklace stolen besides the room being gross, even when the maids kind of clean. Found an old Corona shot bottle under the bed while moving out that had dust caked on it. Must have been there a while. There is tree falling into the building as well. This hotel needs to be fixed, new staff, and to be cheaper. Only good thing is the choice of shops and food close by is great.
