The salad bar looks amazing and is very tempting, though the overall food was a bit below average for me. The meats weren’t really my style, but it was still a fun experience to try something new. Definitely don’t eat beforehand—this place is expensive, but they serve a lot of food. The staff was extremely friendly, and our gaucho was excellent. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and clearly worked very hard. I only wish there were a way to tip him separately, as tips are shared. I wouldn’t recommend starting with the salad bar, since it fills you up quickly and leaves less room for the meats. The most memorable items were the pineapple and ham, which really stood out. The fish was also good. Unfortunately, many of the other meats were either too salty or too fatty for my taste. The meats were mostly medium cooked, but the goucho really made an effort to give us the well done pieces we desired. The appetizers were fun to try, though we only somewhat enjoyed the sweet bananas. One downside was the ranch dressing, which wasn’t good and ended up being the most lasting negative impression. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience, just not one I’d return to for the food alone.

A really pleasant experience this restaurant is. The receptionist (Maria) was a sweetheart, and it was nice to find out she was from Brazil. The server was another sweetheart who was very attentive to every detail. The meat was great, I wish the cook was a bit quicker so I could get "bem pasado" and "mal pasado" from the same cut. Also, I wish the ribs "costela" was an every day thing because it wasn't there when I went there. With all that said, is an amazing restaurant which I will totally go more often

The food and staff are amazing! Everyone has a smile on their face and are happy to make sure your meal is spectacular. Some of our favorite staff (all are great) are Coby, Connor and Anthena!

Finally got a chance to visit. Reservation on-line needs work but after 2 try finally worked. Great service and fantastic staff. Salad bar is awesome and have everything, including kids mac n cheese. Great and friendly staff. Will definitely return with family.
