What started off as a very promising and positive experience has turned sour. After a year of continuous treatment at Rogue Community Health Dental, my mouth is in worse shape than it was before my initial visit. Moreover, every tooth they touched hurts/ every procedure has failed or is failing. In the pictures attached to this review you can see the most recent filling that fell out of my face (causing continuous and debilitating pain for consecutive sleepless nights). I’ve communicated all there observations to Rogue Community staff repeatedly over the last eight months, but nothing was fixed or even clarified. Instead I was met with disinterest and condescension and my insurance was charged for each visit. Long story short, I canceled all future appointments and dumped them for good. Future visitors beware! In the interest of of fairness, I want to add that my dental hygienist at Rogue is/was attentive and caring.

Wonderful dentists available here, but absolutely poor communication. It always depends on who you talk to, to what answer you receive, but it is NEVER the same answer twice. They are not on the same page around there. Which makes getting any information on billing or appointment making excruciating. Not to mention the endless rescheduling of appointments that you've already waited months on end for. Disappointed.

This is hands down the best dentist i have ever been to in my life! I am new to the area and had an emergency dentist problem they got me in right away the staff was so friendly they treated me so well. They were so patient and understanding and made me feel comfortable through the whole procedure. Thank you so much to all the staff for being so kind!

WOULD NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy. Unprofessional and dishonest staff. Very little privacy in the treatment area. Took more than 2 hours for x-rays and cleaning. They don't care about your pain...took them 2 WEEKS to even submit a referral to insurance company. They set up a treatment plan to take care of painful issues (went to them mid November), but not starting until APRIL!!! IF they give you a prescription for pain meds, only enough for a few days...while THEY don't submit the referral for surgeon for 2 WEEKS! And that is not even with an estimate on timeframe!
