Deborah DavisI was greeted by a friendly assistant upon arrival, who then took me through for all the little procedures before seeing the optician. She explained each test and made sure I was comfortable for each one. I then saw the optician who, again, was friendly, yet professional, and gave me lots of helpful advice about an issue I'm having with my eyes. Finally, the assistant who helped me choose frames and lenses was really helpful, polite and friendly. All in all, a lovely experience, and I would definitely recommend Boots (Bath) opticians!

I then saw Liz who took me through the process of checking my eyes for any prescription changes and also checked the health of my eye. Liz is very thorough and answered all my questions whilst providing helpful advice throughout and giving good explanations. Well done team opticians! Would definitely recommend 😊
