My roof was way past its prime. Roof had a lot of problematic dry rot. Ron Phillips, owner of Integrity First Roofing, gave me an excellent estimate. He has well over 4 decades of roofing construction experience. Old school, hard worker with honesty. Can’t ask for more. Ron’s employees are super talented, hardworking and very knowledgeable. The dry rot used to give me such anxiety. Had to tarp portions of my roof to keep it from leaking. Am SO grateful for Ron’s kindness, work ethic, honesty. He is a rarity in this world.

Ron Phillips, the co-owner and job boss of Integrity First Roofing in Fair Oaks, CA has been in the roofing business for decades. He and his crew were very professional and Ron was very responsive to my phone calls and texts (within hours, or within a business day). We thought he gave us a very good and very fair price and was able to complete the whole job (whole brand new roof) in 2 days. Our roof wasn't very big, but the job turned out to be a bit more demanding than everyone expected. No, Ron did not do sketchy "add ons". The previous owners did some unexpected, if not illegal, roof repairs that no one knew about or could see from the initial review for a price quote. What we all thought would be a simple tear off and re-shingling with new vents turned out to be a total strip off and reroofing. Ron was exceptionally helpful getting us a quote for a re-roof for a property we were interested in purchasing. He was very thorough and walked me through the entire process.
