Service is exceptional. They assigned a dedicated project manager, Meir, to my project and it made all the difference! He was super knowledgeable and accommodating. Was looking at company’s to replace the roof at my home. Requested quotes from six different vendors. Roof Giant was the only company that was completely prepared during their initial presentation. They provided all pertinent licenses, insurance and other requirement. Steve the sales representative answered all my questions provided the best competitive pricing and references of different projects they had completed in the area for me to be able to check them out. I made the decision to contract Roof Giant for my roof replacement project, and am happy I did. From Mayer the project supervisor, all inside personnel that I dealt with to include all installers, I found them yo honest, high level of integrity and happy to answer any questions I had during the process. I highly recommend Roof Giant for any roof repairs or roof replacement for your home. You will not regret it.
