My husband and I just had Roof Maxx of Monroe do 5 roofs of rental properties we own. 3 roofs were sprayed and each warranted for 5 years and two needed new roofs. We met Anthony on a Wed morning had estimates by Fri and on Tues the roofs were sprayed and Thurs/Fri the two new roofs were done. They were very professional, and most pleasant to deal with ! We highly recommend Roof Maxx to anyone who is looking to prolong the life of their roof contact Roof Maxx and if it is too far gone to be sprayed, then once again we highly recommend Roof Maxx for that as well! I called and Roof Maxx came on the day they said they would. Then I did the loan application. They set a date to come fix my roof. Very friendly & left no mess. Friendly to my dogs & my neighbors dog (neighbors dog is in my yard daily), price is nice. I recommend this company.
