We had a really good experience at Roper St. Francis Express Care. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and professional. The staff was kind, attentive, and made sure we felt heard and cared for the entire time. The provider took time to explain everything clearly and didn’t rush us, which we really appreciated. It was clean, organized, and overall just a calm and efficient environment — exactly what you want when you’re not feeling your best. It’s great to have a place like this for quick, quality care without the stress of a full urgent care or ER visit. Thank you to the team for making it so easy!

The Check in kiosk was easy to navigate & use. The facility & the rooms were clean. Everyone I interacted with during my visit was so polite & attentive. When my wait time became longer than usual, the staff kept checking in on me & my granddaughter to see if we needed anything. They also explained the reason why my wait time was longer than usual. My triage nurse & the nurse practitioner was so compassionate. Their kindness really helped ease my pain. Thank you, thank you to a great staff.

A COMPLETE JOKE. I came into facility because of the severe neck pain/headache experiencing. Go to the counter and was told "we are maxed out & seeing anymore patients". What kind of medical facility offers this sub par service to patient who's in need of medical attention? Someone please explain. Roper is the health system that I am affiliated with, but this low level of service and empathy has me in such disbelief. Could someone explain the policies as pertaining to patients in need of medical services with insurance ( not that it matters)?

Let me just say this; today was not a crowded day and front desk was compassionate and super nice at check-in. Waited about 6 minutes before being called to the back and about 10 minutes before speaking with the doctor. Test were performed and results were quick! Today was truly a Great visit and would Definitely recommend this facility! Thank you all for such professionalism, Wonderful patient care and customer service!!!
