Info EeapsAbsolutely diabolical rude and abrasive behaviour from reception staff and practice manager received over many years. No choice but to move to another Dr. Many family and friends have complained about the passive aggressive behaviour which shows that they dislike questions bieng asked. How can so many people be wrong about how badly behaved the reception and practice manager are. They need further training for unconscious bias and how to refrain from making patients in need of correct medical treatment feel worse off. The staff on reception and practice manager do not act in a fair kind and human way. The Dr's know this yet still keep the staff who continue to cause problems with needy patients.
