Only been with Meltham Road Surgery since November 2023, WOW the staff are amazing, Dr Hasanie has been brilliant always has time for the patient. You can ring up and nearly always get an appointment on the day, Asthma check actually get to see a nurse not a call (like our old practice) to see how you are managing. The specialist nurses are very knowledgeable and offer good advice to manage your conditions and always have time for you. Not come across one rude member of the reception staff again always been very helpful. Would highly recommend this surgery to anyone we will certainly be staying here it runs rings around our previous practice Continue the good work that you do.
Get the sense am not believed sometimes but it's generally a good surgery. Doctors are thorough, although you have to wait at least 3 weeks for any specific doctor. Fast referral times once seen.
This surgery is not what it used to be. The patches system was difficult to register to. After registering and booking an appointment I received an email to state the Dr had closed my request down because they had already contact me which they didn't. I put a new request through dr called and said ill be at the surgery at 11. I waited 30 min for my appointment for the Dr to not make eye contact and was quite abrupt and rude. When I was given the purscription he said take that bye. There was also another Dr floating about that looked like he was on holiday. I'm not using this Dr's any more. I've been there for 15 years now and the level of care and service is appalling
