I purchased a used Prius Prime here. I was looking specifically for a used car that was eligible for the Federal Tax Credit on used EVs. Unlike other dealers I test drove at, Jackie was really knowledgeable about all the local rebates available. They allowed a PPI in the parking lot with a local mobile mechanic I found. Rose was firm on the overall price but was reasonable in throwing in services to compensate for findings during the PPI. Additionally, the atmosphere feels a lot friendlier than a typical big brand dealership.
We had a great experience, Jackie was very patient and committed to helping us make our dream car purchase a reality. Jackie was very professional ensured she was transparent and left no stone unturned turned. Absolute recommend these guys they are all very polite and very welcoming!!!
The best thing (among many good things) about Rose Motorcars is their no-haggle policy- I felt so relaxed once I realized that I wouldn't have to negotiate. It's stressful enough just having to shop for a new vehicle. I worked with David, and felt I was acknowledged and respected. They had what I wanted- a wide inventory of EVs and hybrids. I was able to choose between four or five of the model that I wanted. Any time I needed to think or evaluate, David let me have that time to myself. When we made the sales contract, there were no surprises. I enthusiastically recommend Rose Motorcars.
