Rose Roofing and Restoration

Rose roofing did a very nice job on our roof after we experienced hail damage and it needed replacing. Our gutters were fine, so cannot speak to any gutter work being done. They were easy to work with, were on time with scheduling material drop off the day before, and on time with the start (7am). It took them in total about 9 hours from start to cleanup. John was great during the walk around and inspection explaining details and answering questions. The crew moved our patio furniture, protected our porch with tarps, cleaned up, and replaced the furniture where it was. There was no damage to our siding or surrounding grounds. We would recommend them for your roofing needs.

As a true skeptic, I am very pleased from beginning to end. Nicholas, Kellie, and John has made this experience so easy. So professional and I enjoyed talking with everyone, felt like family. The workers did a fabulous job on every detail and returned on any minor deficiencies I had. I recommend Rose roofing for all your home needs. I feel like I have a new home. One happy soldier that the insurance paid every dime on this.

Before I tell you all how amazing the roof is, I have to take a few steps back to give this some context. April 2024 there was a hail storm that damaged the roof. Mt next door neighbor has a roofing and construction company. He asked me to contact my insurance to see if they would please the roof and he would do it for a “neighborly discount”. The insurance company denied me because the of the age of the roof. Then I received a letter stating they where no longer do home owners insurance and I need to get have insurance by May 25, 2024. This is where it all begins. Cena, an awesome sales person was canvassing the neighborhood around May 14th and stopped to talk to me. he inspected the roof and showed me the damage. I told him what happened and he asked if I would give Rose a try. They work with man excellent public adjuster AllClaims Pro. They were denied 5 times, but never gave up on me when they could have, and was in constant communication with me every step of the way. In February 2025 they notified me that we got approved for a full roof and partial gutter replacement. Today is 3/26/25. The roof was installed yesterday with the upgrade Landmark Pro Moire Black shingles and the 6” Black gutter system was installed this morning. This team at Rose Roofing are some/of the best professionals I have worked with. From, Cena, to Devi and Kellie who pulled at this together, to Evan who came out and went over the entire process with me to picking out the colors and helping me to understand the materials that would be used. When they arrived they covered up everything around my home (bushes, walkway, deck, etc.) The project Manager on site was Scott, He took the time to answer every question and pointed out items so I knew what was happening. His customer service is exceptional! The crews were respected and friendly. If they were sure how I may have wanted something they came and checked with me before proceeding. My expectations were exceeded beyond what i could have asked for or imagined.. Oh, the clean up after all work was completed was next level.
