I came in hoping for a relaxing massage to relieve muscle tension and knots, but the experience was disappointing and far from professional. From the start, I was rushed to the back and asked to pay upfront. The setup felt bare — towels were used for coverage instead of sheets or blankets, and there were no options offered for oils or lotions. The therapist applied a large amount of oil but mainly focused on one side of my body with broad, unfocused strokes that didn’t address any of the muscle tension I came in for. She left the room multiple times during the session and was having conversations with another person while working on me, which made it difficult to relax. I also didn’t notice until I rolled over, but there were bugs in the lights above the massage table — something that made me feel even more uneasy. While the foot and facial massage portions were surprisingly good, the overall lack of professionalism overshadowed that. At the end of the session, she walked back into the room while I was still getting dressed and began cleaning up around me. I felt rushed, uncomfortable, and not respected as a client. Unfortunately, I left feeling more tense than when I arrived. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

This review is rated so low to express my disappointment regarding a recent couples massage experience at this establishment. I want to preface this by saying that if a client is seeking a relaxation massage, this is not the place. During our session, the massage therapist frequently answered phone calls and engaged in full conversations with potential customers, even going to the front desk to assist walk-ins. This significantly disrupted the flow of the massage, and unfortunately, no additional time was compensated for these interruptions. They also switched massage therapist in mid session for the new tech to fill in but she had cold hands. While apologies were offered, the constant disruptions were unacceptable. Furthermore, the massage itself was uncomfortable. The strokes were fast and, at times, painful. My massage therapist primarily used her forearms and elbows, which I assume was due to her smaller hands, but this resulted in sharp, pointy elbows being administered causing discomfort. Overall, I would not recommend this establishment and will not be returning.

Ana did a great job on a 60 min deep tissue massage. The location is nothing fancy but for $1 a minute well worth it. Paid and tipped upfront !
