I had the nicest LPN Nurse (I can’t rmb her name). She was a young black lady, very beautiful with a warm smile. She was very kind. There was an PA there too his name was Kyle he was also nice & kind. I WISH THEM BOTH a very long and successful career. As much as I don’t like hospitals my short stay with you guys was a great experience. If I ever have to visit this hospital or any hospital again, I hope to have the same wonder experience I had here at Roxborough. All the staff I encountered to help me was gentle, and wonderful, Thank You 💚

I went to Roxborough memorial hospital for x rays. Receptionist at sign in was a little moody at first but she warmed up in the 15 min I was there giving my info and we had a good tine laughing about our conversations. Had a seat for less then 5 min and the radiologist came to get me. Very kind, polite and we were laughing the whole time too with her assistant about her 19 years being there. She was teaching her assistant at that time doing a great job. So she did the x rays as needed had me sit outside the room for 5 min. Came out with paperwork and CD copy of x rays and walked me to exit. In and out less then 40 min. Quick, friendly, educated service!!!

Horrible I swear, believe the hype. Bad communication between staff, lack of hygiene and supplies. An intern was using her phone for a flashlight while using a tongue depressor ( do you know what germs are?). She also climbed in the bed in order to check the patient’s oral cavity 🤦🏾‍♂️The place needs a makeover and new/better staff. Do not come please!

I had a series of mini seizures while receiving chiropractic care this morning. I was transported by ambulance to nearby Roxborough Hospital. The staff in the ER were friendly, professional, and reassuring. They treated me with respect and dignity as they asked their many questions. We both suspected these events were triggered by the extreme stress I am under, but they did their due diligence by a CAT scan, bloodwork, and EKG to rule out any unforeseen contributors to the seizures. Once the results were in and all was clear, they promptly discharged me. One of the best ER experiences I have had. Thank you Roxborough Hospital ER Team!!
