She truly goes above and beyond for her clients, making the entire process feel supported and informed. Her communication is top-notch—if you don’t understand something, she’ll patiently explain it in different ways until it clicks. As someone who’s LGBTQ and trans, I felt completely safe and respected. Alecia always used my correct pronouns and was thoughtful enough to give me a heads-up when my legal name would appear on documents. I couldn’t recommend her more!

Randy Bayrack seems unfriendly and unprofessional & with the hundreds of realtors out there I highly recommend using someone else. I have an active listing and he contacted me a couple of times to schedule a viewing. The first time he requested only 3 hours of notice which I said isn’t possible as I have a tenant in the unit and he said it was the only time his buyer could view it. I said it would need to be another time so he scheduled for 3 days later. So I imagine some sort of pressure to get me to show it that day. On the day he rescheduled for, I told him it needed to be after 3:15. He replied and said 2:45. I said… no… needs to be after 3:15. He agreed to this, but then showed up and knocked at 2:45 anyways while my tenant was on a work call.

Mac Mindus is worst realtor .he has zero knowledge about his job. We bought house with him. Lots of things he never explained and gave us wrong information.he doesn't know anything about real estate . Later on when got his commission he stop replying . Please choose right man.
