Dear Team,||I just wanted to share my experience because it was truly exceptional. The food, the ambiance, and the staff were all amazing!||A big thank you to the person who accepted my Groupon voucher and welcomed me in—I really appreciate it.||I usually share my reviews with a close circle, and they trust my recommendations. This was one of the best buffets I’ve ever had. I’ve tried many, and until now, Anantara was my top choice, but today, your team surpassed it.||The variety of dishes was incredible, and overall, it was an outstanding experience.||A special thank you to the cleaners and servers who were so patient and attentive. My little one (just 1.3 years old) kept dropping food, and they were constantly cleaning up with a smile. Their dedication truly made the experience even better.||A big thank you to Chef Saad for the wonderful pastries and the delicious variety of food. Also, appreciation to Chef Mustafa and especially Chef Kamal, who was the key person behind everything.||The service team was fantastic—Ei Ei, Likely, Vishu, Wlsayed, and Vhohidul—thank you all for making it a great experience! Apologies if I missed mentioning anyone.||If I get the chance, I’ll definitely be visiting again soon!|

We stayed in a deluxe suite and my boys loved it. It's lavish and spacious including all amenities. Location is close to qasr al watan so easy sight seeing too. The staff were friendly but due to Eid season,room service was slow. It was my son's 10th bday but they could not arrange a small cake. However next morning I assumed there was a car scratch from valet Parking, the hotel mngr Nirvana was smooth to action investigated the concern and resolved it immediately. She kindly arranged the most delicious cheese cake for my 10yo after all!||PS: pool and window cleaning can elevate the experience!

We found the hotel to be spotlessly clean. The bedroom was spacious and the beds very comfortable. Bathroom first class with all extras including all toiletries. |Dining area spacious with indoor and outdoor tables. Good variety of food and all very tasty. |Pool area clean and plenty of lounges|Staff throughout the hotel were courteous and polite and friendly making our stay a wonderful experience. |Thank you for a lively stay and would definitely return

Our family had the pleasure of attending the Christmas brunch at the Royal M Hotel, and it was nothing short of spectacular. From the festive atmosphere to the warm staff welcome and service. The food was absolutely exquisite, with an impressive variety of dishes that catered to every palate. Whether it was the perfectly roasted turkey or the delightful dessert spread, everything was flawless. The highlight of the event, especially for the kids (and let’s be honest, the adults too!), was Santa’s surprise visit. The way Santa made his grand entrance—from descending down the hotel roof to the dining area—was magical and left everyone in awe. It was a unique and creative touch that we’ll be talking about for years. Santa’s interaction with the children was heartwarming, and the joy on their faces was priceless. What truly made the experience extraordinary was the incredible staff. Every team member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a wonderful time. The Royal M Hotel has truly set the bar high for holiday celebrations. We can’t wait to return next year for another unforgettable experience.
