James and his crew put new floors at my house. After about 6 months one of the stair noses cracked. They installed it with too much over hang. I have contacted multiple times and no answer. He says he’s trying to get floors but over 3 months now and nothing, very bad customer service , don’t recommend

After advising it would take 2-3 days for a project (flooring) it took 2 weeks. They tried to add on additional charges. The owner was extremely rude and demeaning. He did not clean up after the work was completed. You are correct, no cabinets were done, I did receive a quote for the cabinets from you at the same time as the flooring which you do offer in your showroom. Also, I made out the checks and handed them to you. Please take responsibility. But after the flooring, I did not want to contract with the cabinetry.
