As someone who has never planned or been on a family vacation, Royalty Escapes made the process painless. Our first vacation was at Walt Disney World (Christmas 2021) and it was amazing! Everything from the flights to the hotel and parks was just truly amazing. The itinerary was very detailed and easy to follow. All of my questions and concerns were addressed to put me at ease. I can not even put into words how grateful I am how Nailah went above and beyond to make me and my children first flight and international vacation experience so amazing. The butler, the food the platinum service. I didn’t wanna take my platinum wristband off til Tuesday. To watch my children board the plane arrive at the resort excited. The platinum service was amazing. My 5 year old cried when we left. She said now this is living mommy. Nailah and her amazing team are definitely the absolute best at what they do. I’m definitely looking toward to a family trip 2024 to Dominican Republic. The service from start to finish was phenomenal!

Royalty Escapes Travel is the best, especially with group travel for your wedding day. Weddings are already stressful, but Nailah was there every step of the way and literally took the stress of us for our big day and the guest loved her. One of our guest had an issue with their reservation at checked-in and you would of thought Nailah was there in person because she handled the issue so easily and quickly from her home and we were in Cancun, Mexico. I am honestly so thankful for her because people still tell me I had one of the best destination weddings that they want to do another trip. Nailah loves what she does and you can tell because each client she listens to their wish list, but makes sure you have memories that will last a lifetime.
