If I could give negative stars I would. I have to leave a review for probably the least professional hospital Ive ever been in the US. I was with my partner (Who was actively throwing up with extreme abdominal pain) And they had her in the waiting room (7 hours and a half) -No pain medication -Not even seen for anything Just waiting “for a bed to become available “ We went inside there were so many empty beds Ive seen busy hospital and this was not even half full. We are still waiting , about to be 8 hours and still nothing. This is beyond ridiculous for a hospital with such a prestigious name, If you have an emergency I do not recommend coming here ever. And the bathrooms were beyond disgusting.
This is the hospital where my wife and I decided to pick to help us deliver our first born child. Their Labor & delivery triage were so kind and helpful and the rest of the story was followed by great nursing staff, midwife and pediatrician. I want to really thank this whole organization for over delivering great medical services. Special thanks to Taylor, Amy, & Jenn for their outstanding nursing services. My family and I will always remember. 🙏
Oncology services are average. Nothing special. The oncologists consistently pawn off patients to their NPs or PAs with barely any or even no notice. If I wanted a nurse to provide care, I could go to Walgreens or CVS. But let's talk about accessibility to the entrances. It's like whoever designed this place gave themselves a challenge: How can I make it as inconvenient, troublesome, and confusing as possible for patients to actually get into the hospital? There are only 3 functional entrances to this complex. Most of the doors are locked off. Who knows if they would even work in case of an emergency. Congratulations, Rush should get an award.
