UPDATE: Someone came the next morning to finish the delivery. They were courteous, quick, and professional. Kudos to them and to the social media team for helping to make sure the delivery was finally completed--even if it was a day late and my items sat outside all night. Luckily nothing was damaged or stolen in the interim. Original review: Paid for in-home delivery, the team left the items sitting outside, delivered outside of the promised window, and didn't get a signature from anyone for the delivery. I have been trying to get someone to come finish the delivery, but they are non-responsive. If you can, get someone--anyone else--other than RXO to do your final mile deliveries.

Horrible company. They will cancel and not deliver without any communication. And then after an apology - do it again. And then delay on getting paperwork done so you cannot get a refund. Any company, Peloton in my case, needs to avoid RXO.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Unfortunately, Samsung doesn't give you any other option but these idiots to do the delivery. No delivery windows they just tell you we will be there between this window even when you tell them Morning is only availability. Definitely filing a complaint with Samsung about their poor customer service.

Attempted to schedule delivery, but RXO states they’re all booked and can’t deliver. Supposedly a resolution team is supposed to contact me but that hasn’t happened. Now my purchase is waiting in Lubbock and the promised delivery date from Samsung is not happening. *Update Resolution team contacted me same day and helped schedule a day. While the promised day from Samsung wasn’t met, I got the next possible day and the guys set everything up quick and efficiently.
