I called today to get a quote on a Tesla charger. The receptionist proceeded to tell me that they cannot give me any kind of quote over the phone, even though I know exactly what I need. She let me know that someone would have to come out and give me an estimate, then she said that the estimates are only from 9 AM to 2 PM. I asked her what do you do when people have jobs, such as myself? She said I would need to takeoff work. What? No, thanks. Edited to add: it’s great that you care about your employees work life balance, but you need to care about your customer’s work life balance too. Most of us cannot take off just to get an estimate, and never in my 50 years of life have I ever heard of a company expecting someone to do that. It’s a little self-righteous if you ask me. Most companies put their customers before their employees when a choice has to be made.

They did a couple of jobs for me. The last one they just completed was a big project upgrading my electrical system (grounding, changing outlets, and bringing it up to code). They promptly addressed and resolved any issues that came up. John was here a couple of times so I remember his name but ALL the workers at my home and that I dealt with otherwise - Mike W, Derrick(?), the other guys, the scheduler, and an owner or manager who called me (sorry I forgot their names) and including office workers when I stopped by were excellent - very nice, patient, understanding. All around excellent in a word. They did good work at a good price. I only wish I knew about them sooner and had the work done years ago. Am beyond happy I finally asked around my neighbor referred them to me!! They are one of the best businesses I dealt with!

If you're looking for precision work, neatness, and honesty..... look no further than Ryan Electric. Ryan Electricians completed phase II today (kitchen remodel) and we could not be more pleased with the overall quality of their work. A special thanks to David Mack.... who spearheaded phase I and II and his coworker Sam Maroon. David is on top of his game and I will be asking for his return for phase III. I'm also pleased that Ryan will be overseeing my whole house generator maintenance. Thank you
