We contacted Anthony with a request to design an innovative extension for our semi-detached cottage with a constraint that we needed to retain the existing side access to the rear of the of the property.  From the beginning consultation we were impressed with Anthony’s ideas, which met the innovative brief. He explained the official processes clearly and was very keen to ensure we understood the stages on the RIBA so we knew what he would be providing, what was expected of us and at what point costs would be incurred etc. The designs Anthony produced were excellent, he delivered on our brief and exceeded it in places. He ensured the design was in-keeping with the existing look and feel of the property and reassured us that he always considers the planning permission process in his designs to minimise the risk of declined permission. The work Anthony delivered for us was to a very high quality, the cost was very reasonable, and every interaction with Anthony along the way was enjoyable.  He is an experienced architect, with a clear passion for creating beautiful designs. We would totally work with Anthony again in the future and would highly recommend his services.

Anthony from Dwell Design Ltd have been amazing throughout all aspects of our project. He has been very friendly and always willing to go the extra to assist us. Anthony has a great attention to detail and is very creative in designing our build. Anthony was always able to be contactable and was quick to respond to emails. Anthony had no problems with travelling to meet us, even with a greater distance to normal. Our neighbours were building at the same time and used a designer instead of an architect.
