Everything in our stay was perfect. We’ve would like to say thanks and mention that we’ve been to about 15 countries and usually stayed in the best hotels, but we think Rotana Saadiyat is in our top-3 now. Service, territory, food - perfect, 5+! Sea and beach - the best in UAE!||Especially food, like we are in the most delicious world restaurants!||The only 2 things we would like to mention: |1. There is a poor lighting in the bathrooms/toilets. And it was hard to shave, we just didn’t see what we are shaving. Our room was 263. Maybe it’s only in our room, but it think it’s not only here.|2. I understand that it’s a concept of many hotels in UAE, but it would be great for guests with all inclusive packages to have opportunity to have a lunch in the day of check out. We can pay additional 20$ for the meal, no problems, but we’ve paid in total 7000+$ for 10 days and I’m sure we wouldn’t eat too much on the lunch in check out day. In many countries people have opportunity to use all inclusive package while they are still in hotel, even when they are leaving. For example in Turkey, Egypt, Thailand and other countries. I’m sure if you do it, you wont lose something, but it would be a very nice plus for those people who stay with you.||Again, the whole vacation was 5+ and we wish you all the best!||And we 100% recommend this hotel to everyone!

Sim Sim Restaurant at Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas offers a truly special Ramadan Iftar experience. The lavish buffet presents a delightful array of dishes, from Asian and Mediterranean to Thai, Khaleeji, and fresh sushi. The Indian station is a particular highlight, featuring unique and delicious snacks. The serene atmosphere, with its beautiful indoor and outdoor seating and elegantly decorated garden, adds to the peaceful ambiance of Ramadan. What truly elevated our Iftar was the exceptional service, particularly from our waiter, Gilbert. His attentiveness and warm demeanor made our evening even more enjoyable. His professionalism and dedication were outstanding, and he deserves special recognition for his excellent service. The duty manager, Abdul, also ensured a smooth and welcoming experience. The entire team contributed to a memorable evening. It was a very high quality and enjoyable experience.

Excellent family friendly hotel. We had a beautiful stay on our second trip at the Rotana. As busy parents, without help at home, we were able to relax whilst our 9 month old and 4 year old were well cared for and entertained at the exceptional kids club. We’d like to say a special thank you to Thilina and his team of: Tharu, Sanjana, Khriti, Anita, Dhana, Susmiti, Thilini and Caroline. Thank you for your care and love. We left with hearts full and relaxed! The food, rooms ( we stayed in club suite room) and spa treatments were 5*. I had another fantastic massage with Abigail. Thank you gain Rotana!
