Jamie is absolutely terrible at her job. Very late responses to tenants. Does not notify tenants if power was out. There was a day our power was being turned off which she had known about for two weeks prior and me and another tenant was NEVER notified. Past that is a very dismissive human being to the tenants. Home owners i do not recommend hiring this company/woman specifically Jamie Brown. Her secretary Elizabeth os sweet thankfully. I wish she would have been who I dealt with most of the time. I have lived in my unit now for 7 months and STILL have no doorbell and just now getting my a/c and heater fixed as the wiring had been done soo poorly!

As homeowners, entrusting our property to a management company was a significant decision, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. Jamie Brown has consistently demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and a keen understanding of the real estate market. She’s a veteran in the field and her attention to detail in managing our property has been exceptional, specifically with tenant selection. You really get the feeling that she’s on your side. Overall, Jamie is providing us with peace of mind, and we can’t recommend her enough! Jamie has expanded her own property management business to the commercial industry, and we are happy clients of hers in that space as well. She helped us navigate the process of leasing our business office, and we were delighted to have her support and help there, as well.

Truthfully a life ruining experience. Jamie presented us a home that was not repainted, the backyard fence was about to collapse, and a house that wrecked of cigarettes. After saying she would send the lease that night, she instead decided to send it days before our move in date, leading to undisclosed terms and lies. After being unresponsive to any and all of our questions she has the audacity to instead blame her tenant instead of taking the time to address the issues within her abilities. Clearly violating several tenant rights jamie continues to play the victim. She decided to provide the worst experience because we were young and assumed she could manipulate us. Jamie ruined our lives, and she will ruin yours too.

Unfortunately for my family and I, it was tedious, stressful, competitive and daunting due to our horrible experiences with other property management companies. Until we found Jamie and Premier Property Management! She guided us through the process with ease! Very patient, attentive and helpful ~ all with a smile, even through my numerous questions. Oh, and she always returns phone calls right away ~ Highly recommend!!!
