I feel like I'm in good hands. Bonus- they share the price of suggested tests, supplements, etc so that you can make an informed decision without sticker shock. I appreciate that approach. I recently had my new patient appointment with Dr. Peterson, and I just want to take a moment to share how deeply grateful I am for the experience. From the very first call, I was struck by how organized, responsive, and attentive the staff is. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been kind, helpful, and genuinely present. It’s rare to find a team that runs like such a well-oiled machine while still offering such warmth and human care. They’ve made it easy to ask questions, get support, and feel truly seen. Dr. Peterson spent over an hour and a half with me—listening with care and explaining everything in a way that was both clear and empowering. He didn’t push any particular treatment, brand, or agenda. Instead, he met me where I was, with compassion and curiosity. After the visit, I was amazed to see 4–5 pages of thorough notes uploaded, reflecting everything we discussed. That level of attention and follow-through is something I’ve never experienced in my long journey with chronic illness, Lyme disease, and co-infections. After years of being dismissed, dropped, or forgotten by overwhelmed providers, this visit restored something in me: hope. I truly feel that God answered my prayers through this team. Dr Siebold was late due to a previous appt that went over quite a bit which was not a problem for me but then my session w/him was shorter tho I think I could have gone another 10 min. But we basically covered what was needed and got to some next steps to resolve current issues I brought up. My previous Forum Health practitioner would pro-rate appts that were less than 1 hr which was helpful, wish they did that at this office. I think my appt was about 45 min. Since paying out of pocket for visits, details let me that can help. All that aside, I like Dr Siebold and we get along fine. He's a good listener.
