Not thrilled. The menu is great with a variety of food, including traditional deli food, such as matzoh ball soup mushroom, barley soup, blintzes, whitefish salad etc. The prices are quite high, but have come to expect that in Vegas, especially at the fancier properties. We were seated fairly quickly two people at a four top and it was very comfortable. It took a while for our server to come over one of us had cheese blintzes, which were a treat, accompanied by maple syrup, brown sugar, and best of all jelly. Companion had over medium eggs with bacon, hashbrowns, and sourdough toast. Both of our plates were really cold. I did not send mine back because I am not a huge fan of really hot food. The over medium eggs were really over easy, the bacon was overly done and the plate was sent back cheerfully and much better. It took a long time to find our server both to get the food cooked correctly and to get a check. Conversation here is really difficult due to the noise level. It has the potential to be an amazing restaurant given the diversity of the menu however, the noise and our poor Serviss today took away from it.

We had a fantastic brunch at Sadelle’s in the Bellagio! We ordered the fried chicken in a honey spicy sauce, scrambled eggs, and the French toast. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully served. The standout for us was definitely the French toast – soft, rich, and unlike anything we’ve had before. Truly a must-try dish if you’re here for brunch. Sadelle’s combines great food with a classy atmosphere, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a relaxed yet memorable meal in Vegas. ⸻ Would you like me to also create a short, catchy one-liner version for Instagram/Google reviews (something quick like “French toast here is a must-try!”)?

We came for brunch for my daughter's birthday. Sadly, it was such a disappointment. We asked for the French Toast Martini and were told they couldn't make it because they ran out of Butterscotch liquor. Then, we ordered the Key Lime Martini and it arrived without the Graham cracker crumbs on the rim. We noticed they were missing and were told that they too, ran out of them. When we ordered food, the waitress said the kitchen was running behind and it took a VERY long time for our food to arrive. Once it did, our french fries and french onion soup were cold. The waitress replaced both with new ones that were piping hot. It was obvious that their are organization issues with the kitchen manager. The cooks should know how to keep food hot and if an ingredient is out of stock, the customer should be given the choice of still ordering it or not, which we were not. Overall, I would say it was a hot mess, but in this case, I'll say a "cold" mess. The restaurant is beautiful but if they can't keep ingredients in stock and the kitchen is SLOW, this place will run out of customers willing to come back.

We went to Sadelle’s on 5/15 and it was such a magical breakfast! Highly recommend making a reservation. My husband noted we were celebrating my graduation, and they gave us a fantastic table with a stunning view of the botanical gardens. They even surprised me with a strawberry shortcake treat—so thoughtful and delicious. The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful (even the bathrooms are gorgeous!). All the staff were kind, attentive, and really made us feel special. The food was incredible—beautifully plated and full of flavor. I had the yogurt parfait loaded with fruit and bacon, while my shortcake surprise was the perfect touch. A truly memorable dining experience—I can’t recommend Sadelle’s enough!
