One of the best options in Abu Dhabi for simple wheel alignments with a relatively large facility with 4+ bays with US-made electronic equipment. The staff is experienced. On the downside: _ They always try -first thing- to convince you to replace your tires (this is where they make the real money from), citing silly arguments such as “we cannot guarantee your alignment as your tires are old”. _ For non-ordinary alignments (eg. when adjusting the lower arms is necessary) they will not do it (for the 84 AED they’re charging) so you’ll need to find another shop. _ For tire replacement, it isn’t recommended as the options offered are limited.

Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended From my experience, it's better to stay away from this place. I purchased four Nexen tyres, and out of the four, three were beyond the normal range of road force levels. I reported the issue, and although they attempted to fix it twice using some kind of rotation and balancing technique, it didn’t resolve the problem. still not fixed. They assured me they would process a claim once their machine sensor was functioning properly, but I’ve received no follow-up or response since then.

I will not recommend them to anykne anymore after my personal experience. I have changed my car 4 tyres in this shop & referre so many of my cooleagues. They said that they offer free tyre balancing for each 10000km if you are changing all 4 tyres. I didn't use this offer. I just askedthe if I can bring my car for that, and they have denied any service and even ignored to check my record in system at all. SIMPLY PATHETIC Service & Zero After sales. this offerfor the first time. Behaving like the fraudulent companies respond.
