I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Sage Health and Wellness! I've had multiple different massage therapists there and all were amazing, but my favourite who I've gone back to for years now is Chagwang. Every time I leave after a treatment with her, I feel 10x lighter, so relaxed and energetically/spiritually uplifted. The owner, along with all of the practitioners have created such an amazing space. The best spot for holistic therapeutic treatments in the city!

Dominic is a great physiotherapist. He helped me address concerns around my gait, which I suspected was causing some back pain. He provided treatment along with teaching me the tools I needed to continue progressing outside of our appointments. My foot and ankle strength have improved and I'm properly engaging the muscles required to walk in a manner that prevents back pain. I would recommend him for anyone seeking physiotherapy.
